The Embrace Framework

A Unique and Layered Approach to Coaching

The EMBRACE® framework is a coaching framework which helps executives make a decisive and positive shift in their value systems, and deliver measurable performance in their organisation.

IT IS UNIQUE

IT WORKS IN STAGES

PHASE 1:

THE VALUE SYSTEM

Understanding is the pathway to change.

PHASE 2:

INTERNALISATION

Embracing ourselves and looking at the world with empathy.

PHASE 3:

EXTERNALISATION

Exercising our transformation.

Belief and Mindset form the core value system. We need to understand this value system, and figure out a pathway to change, and shift the reinforcing cycle for improvement

Empathy, Respect and Acceptance form the basis of internalisation. By embracing our value system we begin to look at the world from a place of true understanding.

The Embrace Framework

Rarely has ever a corporate or executive coach brought the idea of working on 7 different aspects of an individual to bring holistic and lasting change. The EMBRACE Framework moves from an individuals' internal environmnt to the external one to cement the outward mindset.

Belief

The root cause of what limits us, both professionally and personally, are our beliefs. Beliefs are formed with our early childhood experiences. Thoughts that we think for long enough become true for us. We create more of what we focus on, and thus our beliefs become the limiting factors in our life.

Mindset

Our beliefs feed our mindset, and together they form a self reinforcing cycle.
Our character, intelligence, and creative ability are not static. Do you see challenges as an affirmation of your inherent intelligence or an opportunity to stretch your existing abilities? Your success will depend on moving from the fixed mindset to a growth mindset.

Empathy

Once the discovery phase is a success, and you’ve experienced your value system, there will be a sudden surge of empathy for the world around you. You will experience how others - your peers, colleagues, loved ones - share their experiences with you. And you will have taken the first step towards the Internalisation process. This is you processing change - experiencing a changing value system.

Respect

At this point, you have discovered where your organisation or your manager are coming from. The next step to take is to respect your own views, and in turn respect yourself. If you make a conscious choice to be open to the energy of change circling you, your respect for yourself will grow.

Acceptance

Respect and Acceptance will arrive almost simultaneously, and usually one follows the other closely. You can come to terms with the reality around you. Accepting yourself in all your flaws, and all your abilities is the most important step to the process of Internalisation. This step takes little bit of time and effort.

Communication

Full Circle. In the next phase of inevitable change, you will begin to see the world around you in a new light. Your communication will begin to change, and you will have a much more positive impact on the people who work with you, and people who share their lives with you.

Equity

The final and most powerful change you experience is the development of equity. Once you have defined your goals and your expectations clearly, you will receive similarly clear communications about others’ goals and expectations. Build your equity from here. Have faith in people. Trust them. Let them trust you, and deliver on your promises. Trust and change take a long time, there is a chance you will fail. But look deep into the sense of abundance within you. Give people a chance, and again, and again! Everyone will come out of this a winner. Especially you - as an agent of change, and a leader!

Recognitions and Certifications

EMBRACE Consulting was conceived in 2015 and over the years we have helped over 13000 professionals emerge more confident, content and effective. My vision is to help organizations be more inclusive and to support people achieve their purpose. I use a mix of learning programs and coaching to enable my vision.

Global experience with diverse workplaces in the UK and USA has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of people’s motivations and behaviours in the face of change. Combined with my passion for helping people, I hope to make a long term impact with coaching. The workplaces of today need people who take pride in their strengths, have the tools to overcome their fears, and strive to challenge themselves to be at their best.
