The EMBRACE® model to measure Inclusion at Organizational Level. Published in Springer Nature.(2021)
Our inclusion framework is aimed to build and support inclusive work culture and mindset within organizations. The model includes what should be measured at the organizational level to assess its inclusiveness.
It has an outer layer which includes Uniqueness, Belongingness and Psychological Safety and an inner layer which consists of Values and accountability, communication and processes and practices.
If an organisation has values that include respect for all, an equitable environment that is being driven by accountability across levels ensures proper communication and has policies and practices that ensure equal rights for all, and then it is understood that they will be able to create the sense of uniqueness, belongingness and psychological safety for its workforce, which in turn will lead to a truly inclusive culture.
EMBRACE Consulting was conceived in 2015 and over the years we have helped over 13000 professionals emerge more confident, content and effective. My vision is to help organizations be more inclusive and to support people achieve their purpose. I use a mix of learning programs and coaching to enable my vision.
Global experience with diverse workplaces in the UK and USA has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of people’s motivations and behaviours in the face of change. Combined with my passion for helping people, I hope to make a long term impact with coaching. The workplaces of today need people who take pride in their strengths, have the tools to overcome their fears, and strive to challenge themselves to be at their best.
